Available
from the farm shop is Wild Boar, beef, lamb and organic
rare-breed pork, all butchered on site and properly hung
to allow the flavour and tenderness to really show the
quality of our meats.
Seasonal
vegetables are sourced locally (within a 5 mile radius
of the shop) and are mostly organic. Pulses and
other dried goods are sourced from the Green City
co-operative, and are all fair-trade and mostly organic.
The
shop is also full of goods from further afield, but
always from producers who take pride in the quality of
their products.
